The HP 700/71 terminal was introduced in August, 1987 as part of the initial announcement of the 700 series terminals. The price was $695, reportedly 46% less than the IBM 3190. It could be ordered with either a 122 key keyboard (option 500) or a 102 key layout (option 501) for the same price. Both keyboards had 24 function keys. They were available with either green or amber phosphor screens.
They appear to be extremely rare (it's not clear whether they ever actually delivered any).
