The Megatek Whizzard 1650 is a color graphics terminal introduced sometime before July, 1983.[1][2] In January, 1985 an upgrade of the CPU from the 8085 to an 80186 was available for $1,000 and the upgraded terminal sold for $9,900.[3] The terminal offers a pixel resolution of 640x480 with 16 simultaneously displayable colors from a palette of 4096 colors.
