The DEC VT180 is a DEC VT100 terminal with the ability to run local CP/M programs on an integrated Mostek MK3880N (Z80 compatible) microprocessor.[1] A VT100 could be upgraded to a VT180 with the addition of floppy drives, a replacement expansion backplane for the terminal and additional card containing the processor and disk interface.
