The Facit 4440 terminal was introduced in July, 1984 at a price of $1,595.[1]
The Facit 4440 terminal was also known by the name Twist, because the screen could be rotated 90 degrees to portrait orientation, allowing 72 lines at 80 columns[2]. vt-100 compatible. Some pictures, ROMS dumps etc, here.
