The HP 2648A is a monochrome graphics terminal introduced in July, 1977 at a price of $5,500, or $7,100 with optional cartridge tape drives.

- 32K RAM graphics memory
- 720x360 graphics resolution
- 80x24 alphanumeric resolution

- optional cartridge tape drives storing 220K per tape
