The DEC VT240 terminal is a graphics terminal supporting DEC's ReGIS graphics commands as well as the Tektronix 4010 graphics commands. It was introduced in January, 1984.[1] It was discontinued in April, 1987.[2] The terminal base unit supports both grayscale and color monitors. When configured with a VR201 grayscale monitor, the terminal was sold as a VT240. When configured with the VR241 color monitor, the terminal was sold as a VT241.
