Summary
NDR 9500 screen under artificial "warm white" lighting, camera white balance set to "daylight" or close , I tried simulating what a daytime setting for the terminal feels like (=light gray/teal CRT background, orange rather than amber phosphor). Still no daylight, one light bulb about 4m to the right of the screen and a second one almost over the terminal, directly lighting the CRT. The luminosity setting of the CRT is therefore significantly higher than on the "dimmed" shot. (compared side to side - same camera placement -, some difference in image geometry is visible)
