The ADDS Consul 980 terminal was introduced in July, 1974[1] at a price of $2,800.[2]

The 980A was a variant compatible with the IBM 3270 communications protocol introduced in April, 1975 at a price of $3,200.[3]

The 980B was a variant compatible with the Burroughs TD 700 or Burroughs TD 800 introduced in November, 1976 at a price of $3,200.[4]
