The only reference I could find is this[1] web site, which list a bunch of terminals, with little extra information.
This series does include the TDV-2324 from around 1982, a 8085-based computer. This was the follow-up to the earlier 8080-based TDV-2114 and TDV-2124 computers from the TDV-2100 series.
