The Teletype Model 32 was similar to the ASCII Teletype Model 33, but used 5-level baudot code for communication over a current loop interface. It was also available in a receive only (RO), and automatic send/receive (ASR) configuration. Most Model 32 machines were configured as Telex units.[1]
